Week of 01 May to 07 May
There’s not a lot of writing on which to update you this week. I wrote only a few hundred words of Verdon’s Tragedy, which is okay, since I made good progress on Blood and Dragons. I’m over seven thousand words on that story, now, which puts me in good position to hopefully finish it next week. I did run into a little trouble trying to figure out the best viewpoint from which to write some of the middle scenes, but I solved that problem and progress is going well again. My next anticipated difficulty is deciding how much to show of an action sequence that I’ve had in my head for this episode for several months.
I guess this will be a short update this week, because there really isn’t anything else to say. If you haven’t already, you should go read Noble Child, this month’s Blood Magic episode. This week’s Tuesday post will be somewhat related to the Five Minutes a Day post that you may have seen a few weeks back, and Thursday’s book review is for To Green Angel Tower, the third and final book in the Memory, Sorrow, and Thorn trilogy.
