Compared to the past two weeks, my word count this week was minimal, but I would not call it a poor writing week. Rather, my attentions were turned more towards revisions than new content.

This week doesn't quite compare to last week in sheer word count, but that doesn't mean I failed to be productive.

Some weeks are bad writing weeks, some weeks are mediocre writing weeks, and then there are writing weeks like this one, when I’m busy at work and still manage to crank out some fifteen thousand words.

Mediocre.  That is how I would describe my writing this week.

ow are we concluding another month already? That means I really need to get serious about finishing revisions to Trust but Verify and writing Drive On.

I finished revisions on neither Trust but Verify nor Rest for the Weary, which were my major writing goals for the week. While I made a good start on Drive On, it isn't enough to compensate for not completing those revisions like I intended.

Another productive writing week focused almost completely on Blood Magic.

It was not entirely intentional, but this week became a Blood Magic week - almost all of my writing time went to either Trust but Verify, which will be August's episode, or a secret Blood Magic-related project that will be announced in a few weeks.

Time to start another month already, and we're over halfway through the year. You can tell, because we're halfway through Blood Magic's third season with this week's release of Blood and Dragons, Part Two.

Between finishing Verdon's Tragedy and making progress on Trust but Verify, I didn't have a lot of time for other writing this week.
